Repentant, I walked and jogged one hour before work. Nothing strenuous. Still getting used to being on my feet and moving. Dare I say it? I’m having fun.
Phil suggested that I check out a free online running log with lots of features for tracking progress: www.runningahead.com. He's using it to keep track of the big dogs (and soon-to-be big dogs) he's training. Well worth exploring.
